You gotta really want it sometimes. It reminded me a bit of the Super Bowl. What a catch! The wedding was at Timberline Lodge on Mt. hood, Oregon.

With a little planning we can make a fun personalized Thank You card at your wedding. This one started as a straight shot, then we had some fun and made it even better.

Surprising weather in November!

Who could believe we got sunshine for a while today and great timing with the sun coming out right after the ceremony (Hinson Baptist Church in Portland) We also had the worlds fastest ring bearer and a photobooth that wouldn't quit, I think I stayed an extra hour just to make sure there weren't any more takers for the photobooth, What a night in November! Congrats to Kevin and Tiffany.

In home portrait session

Hosting a portrait session at your home is a great way to get photojournalistic images that you can't get anywhere else. At this session we got some great family portraits as well as the candid photojournalistic ones. Here are a couple examples.

We had plenty of time before the ceremony to take the formal and posed shots, so after the ceremony the couple could just party.

Wedding ideas! How about a hay ride? Lillian arrived at her ceremony on a hay ride at Kruger's Farm on Sauvie Island. Here are a couple other shots from the wedding, an Infrared shot and a fun nighttime dancing shot. Kruger's Farm is a fun venue for a real outdoor party wedding.

Pinata fun! This is a first for me, I have never seen a Bride and Groom pinata before, and I hope I'll see more soon. Maybe we can start a trend. Not that anyone needed to get out their aggressions toward the bride and groom, but if they did need to they surely would have. And in the end, we see the bride and groom were full of sweet wishes....

This baby was just 4 days old and already so photogenic! This was a session with a bride and groom of mine from a few years ago, and is the first in a baby series; newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year. At the end of the year we will have an album made that really captures babies first year.
